Don’t fear the shaking. In the chaos, God is actually putting things in order. Can you believe it; disorder precedes order?
God is in the business of restoring, realigning, healing and setting the captives free. He is setting His people free from religious systems. He’s setting His Bride up for victory! He is actually turning things around by turning every stone over. He is getting the earth ready for His coming glory! May we partner with Him by praying, “Lord, let your kingdom come and let your will be done.”
The enemy, too, is applying pressure. Church, do not fear! Gird your loins and stand with the Lord. The Bride of Christ will grow stronger under this pressure, Don’t you fear. Don’t give up, friend. Persevere! Persevere! Persevere! Run With Perseverance!
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us…” Hebrews 12:1. Perseverance is a skill that certainly takes discipline, but “blessed is the one who perseveres under trial.” James 1:12
Remember that perseverance produces character, so don’t give up! When you choose to keep going through the tough stuff, your character changes. You become stronger, more steadfast, more confident, and, ultimately, full of hope.
In this shaking and times of increased pressure, “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything” (James 1:2-4).
