Meditating on the God of all creation

Meditation: Psalm 19:1-6

1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament showeth his handiwork.

2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,

5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.

6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

All of creation; water, earth and sky declares the glory and majesty of our God and King. The Heavens are His Tabernacle. He is a God filled with wonders. He is the holiest and the most beautiful. O this beautiful man; He is enthroned on high.

Look to the sky and think of the distant galaxies. The God who created all this is glorious, and those things are evidence of His glory. This God is glorious in His size and glorious in His artistry. This man is glorious in His goodness and kindness, having created something for all humanity to see.

Look to the heavens; open up your heart and ears to the utterings of the day sky and the night sky. They reveal such great knowledge about the glory, wisdom, and creative greatness of God.

The glory of God in the visible heavens is for all to see; it is communicated to all mankind, no matter what their language. It is a message that has gone out through all the earth.

Look to the heavens, and see the glory of God. May your heart bow in great reverence and awe as you see the glory of this man.
